Early Voting Popular in Volusia and Flagler County

Early voting has begun in Volusia and Flagler Counties and by August 24th, many will have casted their vote in the primary.  If history repeats itself early voting will be prominent again this year.  Here is what's interesting, according to the News Journal half of the registereed Flagler votes voted early and Volusia county's percentage was 35%. "I think it's going to be about that level," Volusia County Supervisor of Elections Ann McFall said. "People love it. I hope it continues to draw a lot of people."

You can vote early until August 21 in Volusia County Monday thru Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm.  In Finagler from 8:30 Am to 4:30 Pm. A tip for voters.  Don't forget to bring ID.  Student ID, passport or driver's license. 

The early voting runs through Aug. 21. Hours in Volusia will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The hours in Flagler will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Voters should bring identification that includes a photo and signature, like a driver's license, passport or student ID.

Vote early in DELAND: Elections office in Historic Courthouse, 125 W. New York Ave.    

Early voting in DELTONA: Deltona Regional Library, 2150 Eustace Ave.

Vote early in Daytona Beach: Volusia County Library Center, 105 E. Magnolia Ave.    

Early voting in ORMOND BEACH: Ormond Beach Regional Library, 30 S. Beach St.

Vote early in NEW SMYRNA BEACH: New Smyrna Beach Regional Library, 1001 S. Dixie Freeway    

Early voting in BUNNELL: Supervisor of Elections Office, 1769 E. Moody Blvd., Bldg. 2, Suite 101

Vote early in PALM COAST: Flagler County Public Library, 2500 Palm Coast Parkway N.W.    

Early voting in FLAGLER BEACH: City Hall Community Room, 105 S. 2nd St.
