Cinco De Mayo is a day to celebrate Mexican culture.  Cinco de Mayo officially commemorates the anniversary of an early victory by Mexican forces over French forces in the Battle of Pubela on May 5, 1862.   Businesses and people alike celebrate and take advantage of the day. 

Many cities throughout the United States take this day to enjoy Mexican culture with attending special events.  Bars, restuarants and nite clubs celebrate this special day.  Festivals are planned with mexican food and drink and a little dancing too!

Check out some fun places to be for this fun, festive day! 

Salsa On The Beach-The Ocean Deck located on the beachside of Daytona Beach.  127 South Ocean Avenue-festivities start at 5 pm.
