What a great time to buy real estate. We will never see these low prices in our life time again.  This weekend I worked with two investors,one new and one I have know for a while. People are coming from all over to take advantage of our low prices in Daytona Beach.  Both looking under 50k and foreclosures. The Plaza Resort and Spa is one of Daytona's oldest hotels. Now converted to condos, they have been affected just like everyone with foreclosures.  What a deal, oceanfront get a way for 40k.  These units sold for 250k-300k in 2006.  Next buyer from D.C., wanted to be close to the beach, but not right on it. We went to the Preserve at Rivers Edge. This gated complex in close to everything, but away from it all.  If you like nature, you have to see this place.  On the river and tons of trees and shade.  Condos are selling from 29k-50k for studios up to 2/1.  Our CEO of Exit is encouraging anyone to buy,buy,even the agents.  I have already bought one condo and  I'm still searching for another. I know in the upcoming years, the market will rebound.
