Tips On Buying The Home of Your Dreams
When starting your home search, you may be not sure what you are looking for in a home. It is important to consider the price range you are in, we have to be honest it may not be so easy to find a 3 bedroom 2 bath home built in 2010 with a pool under 100,000. Now lets be honest, the chances of finding a newer home with amenities under 100,000 is unrealistic. That's my job, to tell you the truth, to be realistic and assist you in your journey of buying a home. Here are a few tips on finding the home of your dreams!
- Before you start looking for a home, please seek a mortgage broker, bank or lender to obtain financing so that you will know how much home you can afford. On top of that consider the fact if you start viewing homes out of your price range you may be disappointed or possibly spend more than what you had planned. Get a loan approval.
- Take into consideration what you really need in a home, the numbers of bedrooms, baths and anything else that is a must have. Note your wants in a home, you'd be surprised, with current market conditions home prices haven't been this good in years. Make sure you consider your needs vs. wants when buying a home. Sometimes some comprise may have to be made.
- Interview and a hire a real estate agent or REALTOR, the person you would like to work with, who can get the job done and do the job well. Take time and interview real estate agents.
- Start narrowing down your selection, you can either start online or give me a call and tell me what you are looking for and I'll take it from there.
- Once you find homes that appeal to you, take notes, think about how you feel in the home. Think about how it would be to live in the home.
- If you see a home you fall in love with and it appears too soon. Don't worry we try to match homes to home buyers based on your wants and needs. It's not uncommon.
Remember one thing, your dream home could be someone else's, if you love the home let your agent know. Your agent can assist you in helping you to make good sound decisions when buying a home.
