Oh, you've heard it over and over again, Location - Location - Location.  That's right when deciding on a Daytona Beach condo development not only is the condo development location important but the direction in which the condo unit faces and the floor the unit sits matters if you should ever decide to sell it!  Of course, enjoying the ocean views chances are you'll want to retire there!

Ask about condo restrictions - No Pets Allowed - Pets Welcomed - In all condo developments in Daytona Beach there are rules and regulations.  Keep in mind if you have a pet this extremely important information to share when buying a condo on the beach.  Some condos in Daytona Beach may have restrictions such as parking or rental periods.  Make sure before buying a condo on the beach you ask the important questions.  A good REALTOR would ask, I do!

Condos Qualifying for a mortgage - Yes its true that sometimes when a buyer in Daytona Beach is buying a condo there could be a chance that a condo development may not be approved by the lender.  You have to consider that some condo developments are appealing to those who want to use the Daytona Beach condo for investment opportunities such as a long term rental or short term rental, vacation home or to renovate and sell.  There is a percentage of owners who reside in condo development that are required in order to obtain financing.  Call me with any questions you may have!
