Well, the market is definitely changing for the better. People are actively searching for homes(deals mostly). I stopped doing open houses last year, because them became a waste of time. No one was looking,so you are stuck there for three hours with no visitors! If you were lucky you could get WiFi and work some leads. People didn't know which way the market was going,up or down. So Sunday, I have an open house in Oakbrook. Sign's out and house looking good. First hour I had two potential buyers, who have looked in the neighbor hood before and really like it. They said they are ready to buy before all the deals are gone. Second hour, two more buyers come walking in,mostly tire kickers, but traffic is picking up. As I was driving off I had another buying from Palm Coast flag me down, to see the house. They all loved this home: 4/3 2 car garage on a lake, with every upgrade you every wanted. I was really glad to see the traffic and I'm ready for buyers to get their confidence back. The home has only been on the market for a week.
