When starting your home search, you may be not sure what you are looking for in a home. It is important to consider the price range you are in, we have to be honest it may not be so easy to find a 3 bedroom 2 bath home built in 2010 with a pool under 100,000. Now let's be honest, the chances of finding a newer home with amenities under 100,000 is unrealistic. That's my job, to tell you the truth, to be realistic and assist you in your journey of buying a home. Here are a few tips on finding the home of your dreams!
