Can you take rejection and disappointment and keep a positive attitude?  Me and several agents had a terrible week. 4 deals fell apart,2 financing,1 REO bidding war. and 1 wishy washy buyer.  On the bright side, I had a back up contract, got another contract signed and found 2 cash buyers a house and took a 200k listing.
