According to The Daytona Beach News Journal reports found that Volusia and Finagler county Realtors sold 768 existing houses in March, up 33 percent from 577 in March 2009, according to Thursday's report from Florida Realtors. Sales are up 58 percent from 486 in March 2008. That is great news but I wonder how much of the tax credit got people to buy.
Right now prices are the best they ever have been in a long time and you can get great deals if you are looking for an investment or rental property.
